I’m a New York licensed and board-certified Art Therapist living in Texas.

I show up grounded and authentic because I get how important it is to trust your therapist.

As an artist myself, I understand how intense life can feel for creative people. I use my own artmaking to stay connected and in-tune with my emotions.

FAQ

  • $175 for each 50-minute session.

I offer a sliding scale on a case-by-case basis. Let me know if this is something you’d like to discuss!

  • No, I don’t accept insurance. However, I can give you a receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement will depend on your individual policy.

  • The exact amount of time varies depending on a client’s needs, goals, and scheduling. It’s common to work with my clients for over one year.

  • It’s helpful to have art materials or a journal handy during sessions so you can create something in the moment. An assortment of paper, drawing materials, old magazines, and tape is a good starting point.

Creative pieces might be made during session, in-between sessions, or every few sessions and could be short or long-term projects.

From a technology standpoint, you’ll upload all the images you create to a secure folder for safe keeping. During video sessions, you can hold your artwork up to your camera from time to time or use a 2nd device pointed at your workspace to show artmaking in real time.

  • Schedule your free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit! We’ll discuss your needs, goals, scheduling and any other questions you have.
